The success of 5.10.15 in the Polish market has prompted us to extend the scope of our business. Starting from February 2008, regardless of the chain of stores of our own, we offer potential franchisees the opportunity to open up agency stores.
What distinguishes us from amongst other companies, is the care that we take of our franchising partners' business results. Before we enter into a franchising contract with anyone, we conduct a careful financial analysis of the project.
1. Basic prerequisites
- location - shopping centre in a town with population of 25 - 50 thousand - if no shopping centre is available in a town, store may be located in a main shopping street
- sales area - 80 to 120 m2
- decoration identical to official company 5.10.15 stores
- architectural designed to be prepared by 5.10.15
- equipment and decoration of store to be financed by the Partner (maximum cost in the vicinity of PLN 1500 per m2)
- one off licence fee of PLN 15 000
- security deposit of PLN 20 000 in cash
- transferable bank guarantee for PLN 50 000
- adherence to any requirements presented to Partner
- professionalism and essential preparation for operation of a store
2. 5.10.15 Sales system
- throughout the entire season stock will be provided by 5.10.15 in accordance with its standards
- stocks remain property of 5.10.15, the Partner makes daily financial settlements for goods sold
- 35% commission on net turnover
